Fitted out with numerous electrical points, air conditioning, sink and drawers underneath, Fridge, lighting. It has the main entry door with secure combination lock, also has 2 external door opens that have been cut open and flashed. (This would be suitable for sitting against a building or another portacom, or fit 2 filler panels to seal back up), also fitted with specialist pull out lifting points on each side to enable easy lift with crane. (IT WILL BE THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ARRANGE REMOVAL FROM SITE VIA CRANE, IT HAS GOOD ACCESS TO SITE). Power has been disconnected for removal.
