*** Located at Half Moon Bay Marina in Auckland *** 1984 Acompass 790 Sailing boat • Selling with instructions that from sale date the storage fees will be the responsibility of the buyer or the boat will need to be removed ASAP. • There currently is water sitting in the cabin. motors condition is unknown. • Damaged Asset. • Reported damage was from Boat being stuck on the rocks high and dry after the recent storm, Harbour master was notified and the location was 36 degrees 82214 south + 175 degrees 06650 east , please see photos • Damage report states: The removal of the mast, removal of keel, hull repairs, replace teak belting, repair stanchions, repair interior damage, paint works, refit keel and re-step the mast but not limited to only those places • Manheim contact – Keagen Wilde 0210304917 • Inspection recommended via appointment only • Located in Auckland
